Dr. Foluke Omoyeni DNP, FNP, PMHNP-BC, has been working in different Health care settings for more than 20 years. She has Doctorate degree in Nursing, she is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She collaborates with different psychiatrists and other mental health experts both in and out of the state of Illinois. Dr. Foluke Omoyeni graduated from Chamberlain University for her under graduate degree, Master’s degree, and Post Master’s degree before proceeding to attend Northern Kentucky University for more post graduate studies. She has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She believes in providing quality and exceptional care to her patients. She is loved by her patients because she emphasizes that good mental health is the center of a healthy life. She believes in collaborating with other mental health professionals for better treatment outcomes.

Dr. Foluke is a good listener, easy to talk to and does care for the well-being of her clients.
She works to achieve maximum symptom reduction with the lowest effective medication doses, thus minimizing side effects and tailoring treatment to individual needs. She evaluates her clients for medical, nutritional, hormonal, and environmental causes of symptoms and ensures that medication is always prescribed with care.

She has a breadth of experience treating patient with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, PTSD, OCD, Insomnia, ADHD, binge eating, and more. She provides patient-centered care that is non-judgmental and based on modern behavioral science.
